Services
Ace Carrier Solutions provides professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, including ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, hospital discharge, dialysis, rehabilitation, and other scheduled medical transportation throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Booking
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
Inform Ace Carrier Solutions of any mobility needs or special accommodations when booking.
Treat drivers, staff, vehicles, and equipment with respect.
Ace Carrier Solutions reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger's behavior creates a safety risk for the driver or others.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service or before pick up unless other billing arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Cancellations and No-Shows
All cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
Delays
Traffic, severe weather, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect arrival times. Ace Carrier Solutions will make every reasonable effort to provide timely service and communicate delays when possible.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide safe, dependable, and punctual transportation, Ace Carrier Solutions is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic accidents, road closures, mechanical failures, or other emergencies.
